Posh Pollen Aiden Writing Desk - Oak

Not real wood！Only have used few months and even used it carefully without putting too hot or spread out water on this desk， but it still swelling and came out like this，and it is not stable after installed. Do not worth this money，and after purchased it I realized that it was saled in higher prices than the original online store.

This desk arrived on time, well packed & undamaged. I carried each piece up two flights of stairs and I have a leg brace. I have yet to find a piece of furniture that is easier to assemble ( 17 minutes). It looks great and is incredibly sturdy on my wood floor. I can see how it would by tippy on carpet with kids or pets, but id just fine on its own.If you can't tell I'm very happy with the money well spent.It's dark oak. If you're looking for walnut, then buy a walnut desk & pay for it.

Wood for the desk surface is different from wood for the legs. Not a huge deal for me but might bother some people. That was the reason for the 4 star rating from me.

My girlfriend ordered this desk because it was wood and had "the look" that she wanted. When it arrived, the wood was a different color than she thought it was from the images on the product detail. We ended up repackaging it and sending it back. The return process went well, though. The shape and feel were good -- and led us to buy in the first place. If you're a little more loose with your color sensitivity, this would probably work out.

Got this desk as a study spot for business school, and its perfect! Both long and deep enough for a computer and plenty of books. The wood and design fit perfect for a modern look. Very easy to put together as well.

I’m happy with the table but not the color!

This desk is perfection. Feels like it belongs in West Elm or Crate and Barrel, with its modern shape and quality finish. Really beautiful and sturdy and a bargain.

Very nice quality desk and incredibly easy to assemble. My only complaint is that due to the sled style legs, it rocks back and forth VERY easily on carpet. Like I wouldn’t recommend it with little kids around unless it’s on hard floor. Otherwise it’s great. I’d say the color is lighter than walnut.
