I also use it with my rog ally z1 (non extreme) and it performed really well no issues. I tested most systems from N64 ps1,2,3 Nintendo Wii, Wii u and Nintendo switch I had no issues at all it's literally plug it in go to the hard drive files boot one of the front ends and your good. You may need to allow controller use for the menu as it's set for mouse but other than that every system found my wireless 8bitdo controller and my Xbox series controller.
