Works great
I have used these appetite, suppressant mints for years. They stay on your gum for three hours. Give you fresh breath, and do help suppress your appetite. Whenever I start to feel hungry, I just run my tongue over the mint and it suppresses my appetite.

Taste similar to nicotine lozenge
As a former smoker (by YEARS) I could not handle the taste. Exactly like nicotine lozenges to me. As for the appetite suppression- I have no idea. Spit it out within the first 5 minutes.

These mints lasted 15 minutes. I payed a premium for these in hopes that I'd actually get something that worked. Complete lie and not worth 10x the price of tic tacs
