Helped me looked miles better, good for confidence
I got a bad posture , the body refuses to listen to the mind scenario.Bought this product so my body cant bend to that bad posture position. After using for months, can safely it has done its job. My posture had certainly improved, occasionally I do go back hunching.About the product itself, it's easy to wear it. Velcros makes it much easier to fit intoIt's quite stealthy, people don't really know I'm wearing this underneath so that's a big plus.I do wash it occasionally and the product quality always stays the same

Feels like a backpack
Nothing keeps it from riding up in the back, I feel like I'm hunching even more and carrying a backpack.

Good product!
I spend lots of time on my work and my wife kept telling me to fix my posture, so I decided to bought this one, and hope that could help me maintain a better a posture. First, it felt like a good quality product. Secondly, it was easy to wear and the most important thing is that it helps me keep a better posture.

Broke when I moved my hand
The plastic ring broke when I moved my hand while wearing it. I am 5' 10", 150lbs person, not a wide-boned muscular one. I am not sure why the rings are made out of plastic instead of metal. I recommend that Amazon must not carry this product.

Reduce slouching
I read various reviews most where positives, the item takes some time to get used to. best to use over a tee-shirt. If you wear it bare, on your body expect a little discomfort around the armpits. But it definitely helps to reduce slouching and makes you feel taller and it actually helps to make you look more confident. Added bonus

Definitely works but not the most comfortable
The only downside is that it will be tight under your armpits depending on how wide your shoulders/ back are. You need it to be tight for results though. It's not painful and you will ABSOLUTELY feel/see the difference in your posturea fter wearing it for 20-30 minutes.

Love it. Desk job
I have a desk job that I sit at my computer for 12 hours a day.My med and upper back will start to hurt.Slip the brace on and almost instantly I'm doing better.I would really like to find one that weightlifters use.
