I wondered how chocolate would come unmelted! Bravo. Now for the chocolate. I loved it. I was searching for a 90%+ dark chocolate without much sugar that wasn't waxy like most of the brands in stores. I finally found one! This chocolate is rich and really good. I also loved the subtle crunch from the cocoa. If you are used to milk chocolate the taste is still quite shocking, as it is not sweet at all. But it isn't sour or bitter like most. And especially not waxy and fake feeling in the mouth.
