I doubt I would eat that many in a week let alone at one time. So less than 1.5 grams of carbs per actual cracker is fine for keto, I think. **Q: How many carbs?** A: The box has 4 servings each serving is 18 crackers(which is way too many IMO)= 130 cal., 23 carbs., 0 sugar and 4sp for WW and they are delicious **Q: What are the natural flavors?** A: I assume almond flavoring along with the milk based butter. The term 'natural' in anything doesn't really mean much. For me they are a low FODMAP food treat and wheat/gluten free.
