Replaced the tubing for my wife's Littman after 15 years of service it was falling apart and cracking. Sound quality was on par with its original tubing and the new ear tips were comfortable enough. Tips were an unusual blue shade, but the price and the functionality make this a comparable product and a winner in my opinion.

The tubing works excellently and was a far cheaper solution than replacing my entire stethoscope when the original tubing cracked. I was lucky to have seen a previous review of a buyer complaining that the tubing didn't fit their stethoscope bell and the seller noted that sometimes the tubing needs to be heated to soften it. This was true for me. I heated the tubing for about 60 seconds with my hair dryer, and it softened and easily fit my bell after that. The need to do that doesn't down-grade the rating at all in my opinion, since this tubing is meant to be universal and obviously can't fit every bell out of the box. My Littman sounds great after the swap, and it's amazing how much better the sound quality is when your tubing's not cracked! :)

Cracks at the bell end. The plastic is a bit stiff and not remotely as good as OEM.Mine cracked in 1 week.

Perfect fit. Fixed broken stethoscope tube and now have very good stethoscope.

Great cheap tube replacement for those with cracked tubes

Rubber is cheap and broke after hardly any use. My previous tube lasted 25 plus years.

Fit my litteman stethoscope head perfect, may have to buy more colors later, works great , I would very much recommend this product to my friends.
