Have a tooth infection? This worked for me! My dentist said that's not going to work, but it did. First I used hydrogen peroxide and put it down between the gum and tooth as far as it would go without causing any discomfort, then with another one I used mouth wash and did the same thing. Wohla infection gone with a week of doing this. I rinsed with the mouth wash because hydrogen peroxide will turn into water after it does it's thing. You don't want water in there as it may cause another infection. The mouth wash helps dry it out in there.

Hard to squeeze, and hold.
This has a very fine tip by design to fit in to tooth socket. Looks like it will work. However, the bottle should be round so you can effectively squeeze it. It would also eliminate any orientation issues when the tip doesn't align with the flat surfaces of the bottle. I know from nasal irrigators that round works better...All in all it does the job though difficult to squeeze...

Nice product
Tip is too narrow, and so it gets blocked quite often when I am using it. It is a pain clearing the blockage. I wish they had a picture of the actual tip sizes. So, I bought a 24g irrigator, and that one is a miracle worker, helping me tremendously.

had to request replacement. First call some male employee told me to blow in it (tip had no openings) Second call answered by very pleasant young woman who arranged for replacement immediately.Am satisfied with the OraTec irrigator.

It works
This irrigator has a thin enough needle to fit between my teeth and gums to irrigate with hydrogen peroxide. It does the trick but the needle and bottle are both a bit flimsy.

Very sharp tip - easy to stab gums
Heading says it all. Wish descriptions had mentioned difference in sharpness of different types of tips/models they sell.
