We’ll work our way through this one and try another brand, hoping for one as good as Trader Joe’s. I cant even mix it. The liquid tastes bitter. Does this mean its old?** A: Cream is much like natural peanut butter, it separates over time. Try warming it up and mixing it together, it should go back to its original state. **Q: Why is this still being sold on Amazon when basically a third of the reviews give it the lowest rating possible?** A: Also, her maple butter must be last year’s supply. Really wish this was not in a plastic container. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ SUPER YUMMYY *by J***Z on 22 January 2025* This maple cream is very good quality even after leaving it in the fridge it still remains very creamy. If I know that I'm going to use it for breakfast I do try to leave it out for about 20 minutes before I use it and it also helps to thaw it out a little bit but either way it's still always creamy. I love to drizzle it on this banana bread that I bake every week.
