This amp is complete garbage. I’m not complaining about the output power, it does put out good power.My complaint is with the controls and the cheap feel. The “dsp” feature is totally useless, the LPF goes in 10hz increments from 20-100hz, then jumps in 100hz increments from 100hz-up.. I needed my subs to cross at 120hz but thats not possible the choices are 100hz or 200hz. Stupid..The control nobs are very cheap feeling and the potentiometers are to sensitive, making it impossible to make small incremental changes.The cooling fan is very loud but the deal breaker for me was the “noise” the amp passed to my subs. I reworked my hole install trying to get rid of the noise which was only presented from 100hz and below only to realize it’s the amp not my install creating the noise. Switched this amp out for a know good Wolfram amp and noise was gone. Might be I got a defective amp which wouldn’t surprise me seeing how low the build quality is, also the wolfram sounded much cleaner and “less dirty”.I’m not going to go into detail about everything I don’t like but I highly recommend looking into different companies b4 buying Taramps. These amps are cheap for there output power but that’s the problem, they are cheaply made amplifiers and you can tell just by touching the damn thing.
