The ideal cover for the A7III
Before purchasing this silicone cover I looked at two or three others and this one seemed to be the only one I came across which covered the base of the camera, and as cameras are often set down on their base it made sense to me to have the silicone cover this area, which it does except for the battery door area.The coverage on the base doesn't hinder screwing in tripod plates or as in my case a hand strap attachment. If anything the silicone cover helps grip the base of the camera to whatever you are attaching it to.The only very slight thing worth mentioning is that because the case covers the camera so well, when you release the battery cover door the edge of the silicone case prevents it from opening fully on its own but you can easily pull back that little corner of the silicone case with a fingernail and the battery cover door opens up fully. Not an issue at all but worth mentioning. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this cover again. I'm a hybrid shooter and this case ticks all the boxes for me.

Protection in all sides (including bottom) of the camera
Really happy with this. Wanted something that would protect my camera on all sides - this is one of the only ones that has a bottom protector too. I attach my mirrorless a7iii to to my cage, tripods and sliders with no issue when leaving this silicon sleeve on. Zero issue accessing any cam features too. My ONE gripe, is that the buttons are covered on the back of the camera instead of behind cut out, however, this doesn’t really cause any major issues, and the cover has the marketing’s for each button on them (as part of the mould, not simply printed) which is a really good consideration, so they don’t wear off. Would recommend

Really easy to fit silicone cover for A7 Mkiii looks good and can use all the covered buttons. Cheaper than easycover! So far very pleased with it!
