Good keyboard, so far so good

I purchased this keyboard for my home office. At first, it was great. The keyboard and mouse were both comfortable to use and easy to install. However, after about 6 months, they both stopped working properly. When I would move the mouse, it would stall or be delayed in its response. The keys on the keyboard would either not respond or respond more than what was pressed (ex: I would press the "A" button and it would type "AAAA." I changed the batteries (Duracell), put in high performance batteries, restated the computer, disconnected the devices and reinstalled them, etc. Nothing worked. It became very frustrating to work because the keyboard and mouse were malfunctioning. I ended up replacing them both with another brand.

NO dongle sent with item, so returned.*UPDATE* In light of the sellers kind offer to replace the keyboard & mouse for free, I am updating this review - the new keyboard and mouse were received with the dongle intact, and I have been using them for the last couple of days. The keyboard is quiet, and responsive. The key action is perhaps a little too 'spongy' for some but its ok and I have got used to it. The mouse is a nice ergonomic shape, with 5 buttons overall which makes it quite flexible for browsing and so on. Overall I would recommend this set provided that there are no issues with what is received. The seller provided great service to get a replacement to me, even after the original was returned - I am sure if you have any problems they will do whatever they can to make it right.

I would give this a 5 star, except for the fact that it claims to allow batteries to last 3 years. It is not energy efficient at all. I installed fresh batteries when I received it and after 3 days the keyboard was acting funny. Only certain letters worked. I tried to return it and they were sold out. It dawned on me it couldn't be the batteries, I had just installed them. For giggles, I changed them that did it. It was working. 2 days later I needed new batteries. Its only for the keyboard, the mouse works fine. Otherwise, I love this keyboard. It is quite, keys are soft, board is large and very comfortable. The mouse is a nice size, it fits nicely in your hand. I had to spend another $30 for rechargeable batteries and its charger. Completely defeated the purpose of me saving on getting an inexpensive wireless keyboard.

Great set. 9/10 will buy more for my other workstations. Set has an exceptional range through walls for my wireless screencast workstations to all be in a single room and have the set at the screen location without any connection issues. Would recommend for anyone who wants to have a mobile keyboard and mouse for multi room screencast setup.

I really like this. The mouse is super comfortable and the keyboard isn’t loud or hard. I really do like it. My only complaint is that the keyboard said it needs AA batteries and I almost broke the thing trying to fit AA batteries in it. Then my husband came over and figured it out 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 Other than that, it’s great!

I bought this for use at work. It has been perfect with one little exception. The letters on the keyboard are wearing off rather fast. The "S" is almost completely gone. This wouldn't be a problem if I typed, but i hunt and peck, so the letters are important to me. Other than that, it exceeded my expectations. The keys are easy to use and the size is perfect. It took me about a minute to connect and begin using. I have had zero issues with connectivity. It is a bit annoying that, after 10 or 15 minutes of inactivity, you must right click the mouse to get it to respond. My old mouse simply took a shake of said mouse. But, I am extremely happy with this mouse and keyboard.

Good value. Easy to sync to your PC/Laptop or whatever device being used. The functions button become stuck. I spent a day where the calculator kept opening on my screen. Otherwise, very soft keys. Normal size making easy to adjust. Keeper!
