This is a great Bluetooth headset. The sound quality is clear for both calls and music. It connects quickly, the battery lasts a long time, and it’s comfortable to wear. It offers excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it.

I tried a few earpieces before I finally found the New bee. I needed certain personal specifications, and this one checks them all. Of course, the first spec has to be that it works fine and well. This one does that. Where others failed, New bee outperforms them all! Other personal specs include that it can sit in your ear without the ear-shaped hanger piece. There are two types of rubber earpieces included. The one with the protruding round part hangs securely in my ear. I don’t want to wear it all the time and I don’t want to keep it in my pocket and have to search for it each time I get a call. An earpiece must also have a shape where you can tie on a cord so you can wear it around your neck. When the phone rings, it's easy for me find it, turn it on, and hang it in. Periodically, the rubber piece falls off. Not anymore! I have put tacky glue under the earpiece and that keeps it on for much longer. That is the ONLY con and I fixed it! Just a little around the rim of the speaker. I only lost one in two years - the first one. Luckily, there's more than one in the nice little pouch that all the pieces fit into. Customer service is fantastic. I can’t say enough about how good customer service has been with me. I dealt with them twice, a year apart, and each time they satisfied me completely. After using New bee for two years, I recommend it. I don't recommend something without a product I love, and without being treated very well. New bee is the way to go for a Bluetooth earpiece.

I recently bought another one of these two weeks ago because I broke it - no fault of the earpiece itself. My old one was 4-5 years old, and it worked well every time. The battery life is excellent, and the sound quality is very good. It withstood rain and snow with no degradation of sound quality. The only drawback to this earpiece is that it amplifies background noise more than it cancels it, but that is a very minor negative. Definitely buy this if you're looking for a very good and inexpensive earpiece! I've not tried the newer model of the New Bee earpiece to see if the noise cancellation is better. I suppose I should have coughed up the extra $8 for the new model, but I didn't. Maybe I will five years from now....

I got caught in a rainstorm and stopped working . I turned off and after 24 hours recharged . Had garbled sound at first but that cleared up . Then the on off switch was hard to push and would only turn off with volume down switch . New Bee replaced with a new unit . The best unit you can buy . If you have problems go directly to New Bee website , they will treat you fair .

This is my third bluetooth headset in the past year or so. I had a $30 Conambo that had excellent sound quality but had some problems switching between voice rooms on discord. Unfortunately it developed some problem while charging after a year or so and it melted the USB connector onto my charging cable one day while it was plugged in. I guess I know why they don't let you talk on these while they are charging! I then went downscale and tried a $10 Yuwiss headset that ended up being a total mess. So I went back up a bit in price to try out this New Bee headset. Background: I use my headset paired with both my phone and my computer. On the phone I use it for calling and listening to podcasts while walking outside. On the computer I use it for Discord for chatting while gaming. Being able to pair to both devices is critical along with at least 4 hours of battery life and comfort. THE GOOD: * I like the design that hangs in my ear and doesn't require a piece going over the ear. This makes it more comfortable to wear with sunglasses. It stays in my ear well enough for walking and general yard work. I don't know if it would stay in place for running without an ear hook, though. * The battery seems to last a long time. I haven't run it out yet * When I switch rooms in discord I don't have to re-select the headset to get it to work. For some reason with the Conambo I did have to do that which was really annoying. * Wind doesn't create noise through the earpiece when listening to audio outside. I can't comment on whether that behavior changes if you are on a call and using the microphone. The active noise cancelling on some other headsets gets confused by wind noise and amplifies it and plays it back in your ear. Thankfully this headset does not! * Almost no sound dropouts when walking with my phone in my pocket. Other headsets have problems with this situation (static electricity causing problems with the antennas?). This connection has very few interruptions. * Sound quality is acceptable. It isn't as good as the Conambo, but is far better than the Yuwiss. THE BAD: * If I turn the headset on in range of my computer it pairs with both my phone and computer. As soon as I walk out of range of my computer it says "disconnected" which is fine, but it continues to say "disconnected" EVERY 10 SECONDS! I have to turn the headset off and then back on and re-pair with just my phone to get it to stop saying that. I almost returned this headset over this issue, but have instead decided to just live with it. * Pairing is sometimes flaky. No inexpensive headset seems to have worked out how to handle pairing to two devices simultaneously so that it works perfectly every time. I have some very expensive Sony noise cancelling headphones that can do this properly so that it works every time, so I know this is technically feasible, but that technology has trickled down to the inexpensive chipsets yet. So I am resigned to powering on and off a few times on occasion and messing with pairing on phone or computer to get it to work again. * The on/off slider is small and hard to work * No mute button, but then every inexpensive headset I have had with a mute button never worked properly with it in any app, so I guess I'm not missing much here. CONCLUSION: This is not the perfect headset for me, but I have decided it is good enough to meet my needs for now and I can live with the short comings.

Great product - I replaced one that wore out after 10 years. But - I got the same one again!! Comes with secure, strong case, works great!!

Very good product - this is the 2nd one I have purchased (last one got lost). Easy to charge, small, easy to transport and also has a carrying case. Like the fact that you don't have something across your face. Easy volume control and on/off switch. It is nice and light so it doesn't feel like it's pulling your ear down. However, this one, being new, seems a little tight but not uncomfortable. Sound quality is great with no echo. Has a 3 year warranty which is nice too. Great product at a very reasonable price.

I got this to replace an old Plantronics M70 where it was either breaking apart or perhaps the battery was swelling. I like the physical button you can feel clicking and isn't set off by just touching it like some models which isn't good when I'm trying to adjust the earpiece, that it has both an over the ear loop and different swap-able ear pieces including one that doesn't fit tightly in my ear canal and partially cut off my hearing on that side. I understand wanting that for music to hear clearer, but I mostly use my earpiece for hands free calling and I want to be able to hear around me when driving and such. The volume and audio for calls is quite clear in both directions. I'm not an audiophile so I don't know how accurate the sound quality is for music but it sounds fine to me. Compared to my old one there were a few nitpicks. It doesn't play sounds when certain things happen like when a call is starting like my old one. It doesn't tell you the battery life verbally though you can check it on the phone, it only appears to be accurate to increments of 20 percent, though it does tell you verbally if the battery is low. There also appears to be a problem where it has a very aggressive power-saver where the buttons don't always work immediately if there's not an active audio signal coming from the phone. I could understand for stuff like next/prev track and maybe even volume, but even the redial button seems to go to sleep if it hasn't been woken up by the phone recently which is not great. The hold for voice command does seem to work though.
