TSF (Trigger Finger Solution), Size: SmallSmall, non-invasive solution for painful trigger finger. Designed by an orthopedic surgeon, the TFS is a unique circumferential ring of neoprene with cloth covering that fits comfortably around the painful, triggering joint of the finger. Latex free, patent pending. Provides a cushion pad over the A-1 pulley at the base of the finger to help relieve pressure on the underlying swollen flexor tendon. Assists in identifying and reducing the gripping activities and forces that promote the triggering and snapping responses. Helps to heal the swollen tendon and protective fat pad, making more aggressive medical treatments unnecessary. Small, compact size is unobtrusive and allows the thumb and finger to move freely for full hand use. To size, measure finger circumference midway between the base of the finger and the PIP joint. A larger size may be necessary to accommodate anatomical differences or swelling. Too small, but mostly works
I measured my finger before ordering a small (i have little hands) and it should have fit, but this was too small. However, I only wear it at night, and I ended up wearing it above my knuckle with the extended pad pointed toward my palm. It has creased and so doesn't keep my finger from bending all the time during sleep, but most of the time I don't wake up and have to brace myself and unbend my trigger finger. I plan to add some support to the pad to give it more stability.

I have been using it every night (for almost 2 weeks). I do not see any improvement. I still keep massaging the area as my doctor advised.Helen

I like the plastic ones much better
Fell off at night, which is when I use it. I don't really see how it would help, anyway...I like the plastic ones much better.
