Gloves In A Bottle Shielding Lotion Sunscreen SPF 15, 3.4 ounces (Set of 2)

I purchased this item at the same time as the Trader Joe's Ultra Moisturizing Hand Cream.( the one in a 3oz aluminum tube)Comparing these two:This product, gloves in a bottle, is closer to a lotion consistency, but does provide soft hands, and it will hold up to a quick hand washing. If you really scrub your hands for a "happy birthday" handwash, you'll likely need to reapply. I like the way it makes my hands feel. It absorbs into my skin well and rather quickly. A very light scent. Nearly scentless, it should not conflict with any other fragrances you may wear.The Trader Joe's hand cream is thicker, definitely a cream. I love the way it feels on my skin and how well it moisturizes my cuticles. I had really dry damaged and cracked cubicles becore, and this cream really sticks with me. It goes on very velvety, and absorbs quickly. There is no greasey feeling, but it sticks through a hand wash a little better that the one above. It lasts better if you need a hand cream to use before you fall asleep, in my opinion. I think the metallic tube is Very retro cool looking, but it can be hard to dispense the cream. It seems it will be more difficult once you start to get to the end. We shall see.My Winter dry skin is battled well by both. My hands and cubicles are in much better shape because of these products.

This product is THE lotion/shielding I've been looking for forever. It is bloody AMAZING! I can't believe how soft and no longer cracked & bleeding my hands are after 2 days of use. It's even repairing the three middle knuckles on my left hand that formerly looked like something out of a horror show!And the best, absolute most awesome thing about Gloves in a Bottle is that it STAYS PUT! I detest putting on lotion to heal my hands and feet, only to have it wear off in an hour or if even a hint of water siddles by. (I'm a Type 1 Diabetic, btw, so keeping my skin, especially my feet, healthy and soft, is a major component of retaining my feet and not losing them to amputation! 🗡😯)Gloves in a Bottle is literally saving my skin, my feet, and maybe even my life. Not bad for a bottle of lotion. 😍😚(Oh, and it's made in the USA, too! Bonus!)((I added a pic of the front of my left hand & a pic of the back, and you can see that I don't have all those nasty, painful cracks that usually suffer from, regardless of season. I'll add a couple more pics at the end of 5 days to show what I suspect will be quite a difference even from this auspicious start.))

I have been using this Gloves in a Bottle lotion at home and at work for a few weeks now, and it has been working very well for my needs. I do not have eczema or psoriasis -- I am simply trying to protect my hands from the general dryness and irritation that can occur with winter weather and frequent hand-washing, and I can tell that this lotion has done just that. The formula is pretty fascinating -- after about a minute, it totally sinks in and leaves no noticeable residue at all, but you can still somehow feel that layer of protection. I also really appreciate that it is totally fragrance-free, as I personally find most scented lotions to be rather cloying, and I think the lack of fragrance makes this product useable for most anyone. I am glad that I heard about this lotion and picked it up, and I am looking forward to continuing to use it for the foreseeable future!

To start off with I would like to say this is the first company that actually explains why many other hand creams do not work. They wash right off and my hands and cuticles are dry again. I have purchased many, high and low end. They feel nice in the beginning but end up being unsatisfactory soon after.I recently received my Gloves in a Bottle hand cream so it is really too soon to to give a rating. I have since tried this and it is lite with a coating you can feel after rubbing it in. Not one that you want to wash off. It has a silky feeling and stays on after washing your hands. I do not wash with allot of soap which I am sure helps. For my hands I have to put it on more often than every 4 hours as noted on their product. Everyone’s skin is different and absorbs in its own way.It’s only been a couple days but I can tell it’s going to work far better than the ones we’ve all tried. It’s just unfortunate it has taken so long before coming across this one.This is definitely worth trying, you will see a difference! Good luck.....

I am a bartender and my hands are constantly in water, after a shift my hands are ruined for a day, this product is amazing, my hands don't even start to feel dry. I started using it daily as well, for cleaning dishes or cleaning the house. I have even started putting it on my feet at night before bed and it seems to help with my cracked heels. There is basically no sent and I am pretty sensitive to scents so the fact that this does not bother me is a good sign. It does not smell like plastic gloves even though the name is 'gloves in a bottle'. The texture is smooth and feels slightly tacky for just a moment while it dries but then absorbs into your skin and feels like there is nothing on your hands. I am super excited to not have sandpaper hands after working a bartending shift and highly recommend this product for anyone who is in a service industry or just soft hands.

Honestly, I wish this lotion was thicker. It soaks in quickly, but it seemed like I didn’t have anything on my hands. I found myself reaching for another hand lotion soon after applying this one. I know it’s supposed to stay on after multiple hand washings, but I just wasn’t noticing it. One thing I really like is it doesn’t leave greasy marks afterwards, I have a dark colored desk at work that shows every smudge and this hand lotion doesn’t do that. My masseuse loves this lotion and wears it all day, that’s why I bought some, but it’s just okay to me.

This stuff is amazing, we live in a very dry climate and my husband has had issues with cracking fingers. I bough him a tube of this and will never get him anything else again. His hands have finally recovered and the lotion truly stays on after hand washing. It is not greasy or oily and dries fast

I am a full time chef and have been in kitchens for 27 years. As much as I love still being involved in all elements of kitchens, my hands however don’t. Years and years of washing and having my hands immersed in water, detergents, sanitiser, etc… my skin tears easily. My wife found gloves in a bottle for me and what made it better and different from the rest is it is water resistant. The fact that you don’t have to reapply after washing hands makes it the perfect product for anyone that has wet hands throughout their day without the inconvenience and expense of having to put on after every wash.

Product does what it says .I have cleared my cracking skin problems since using it

really helped my dry hands. I work as a meat cutter, so always washing my hands. This cream gives my hands time to heal in between washes. Great product.
