It started out without issue. However, about 60 days in, it started to ring with false rings. My wife insisted that she did not ring for me, for any reason. And, I have also witnessed her asleep when it id go off. At first, I thought it was from interference with other radio signals. Yet, we live in a rural setting and my closest neighbor is about 150 yards away. From what I understand, there are no other signals that would interfere. While we do have WiFi along with a radio on a 60' pole to support the WiFi, that does not seem to be a factor. This seems that the thing just gets lonely sometimes and decides to seek attention. Very annoying and disruptive to my work-from-home need.

We got it so my father in law could let us know he was ready to get out of bed without having to beat on the wall plus let us know when he was done in the bathroom. Absolutely love it

I like how simple it is, I do wish there’s were shorter tones. There’s only two tones I would even remotely consider and that’s the first one hat sounds like a doorbell, and then about 25 options later you have the coo coo clock which is the one we chose. But it was simple enough to set it. I got this for my special needs teenager so she can call me when she’s in bed. She has Cerebrally palsy, therefor she has poor motor skills. She was able to to push the button (repeatedly 😬) with no problem so that was a relief. It fits our needs and I appreciate it.

I mean, it could be our tin roof or some other factors, but my mom's house is exactly 250 ft from mine. she can be at her door and push the button and i'll hear it and this is a Line of Sight from door to receiver. but she goes in the door and pushes the button and nothing, any part of her house, nothing. It could be my house is plagued by a dampening field, not really dissing the product, but I'm going to have to look for a more solid stable approach where seconds matter. Giving 3 stars because the product works, it's just with radio signals, it's touch and go and it's different for different materials and layout. Not disrespecting the actual product, it works and works good at around 150ft every single time, but beyond 150ft, it can be dodgy..

My dad is 88 and goes out to walk every morning before I get up and the other week hefell, and had a hard time getting up, the next day I ordered this product.I am VERY happy I did!We live on 2.5 acres and I walked the entire perimeter and had NO problem at all!!If you care for someone elderly this is PERFECT!!!

We bought this to help care for a sick loved one. It works exactly as described, and we have really benefited from having it. I would definitely purchase this again or buy as a gift for another caretaker.

This was a good solution for my husband to use of he needs my help. I have one hanging in the bathroom and he can wear the other around his neck or keep by his side. We sleep on different levels so with the receiver in the upstairs hallway, I can easily hear the music when he presses the button.

We use this for my daughter to let us know she needs help with health issues but allows her to be in her own space
