Facial Hair Removal for Women, Laxcare Rose Gold Painless Perfect Hair Remover Waterproof with Built-in LED Light

This is a review for the Facial Hair Removal for Women, Laxcare Rose Gold Painless Perfect Hair Remover with Built-in LED Light.I have tried out and reviewed many similar facial hair removers like this. This may be my favorite because of both the light and because it is so painless. All of the others I’ve tried can be a little painful; nothing I can’t stand but they’re definitely irritating and you feel your hair pull.This one is astonishingly painless; I had to double-check to make sure it was actually removing any hair. The other huge plus is the light. I didn’t think I’d care that much about that it turns out it makes this even more utile. This remover does not remove as much hair as some of the other brands; you may have to go over the area a few times. At the same time, you’re benefiting from it being so painless.Also, a big plus with this and similar hair removers - your foundation or cream will work better and glide over your face. For that reason alone you will look better during the day and your makeup will not catch on any long peach fuzz/hair.Note - some women are afraid to use these type facial hair removers because they associate them with razors and/or think you’re hair will grow back faster and darker. That isn’t the case - these removers leave just the tiniest bit of peach fuzz so you look normal and like I said, your makeup and moisterizers will more compliment your looks.A small criticism I do not like the way you turn these on. It’s by turning the base where the battery is encased and it’s too easy to accidently have that fall open.Recommended.

After reading the lower ratings, i am not sure that I made a good choice. But only used it once, it worked very well, no pulling, not slow, and does a complete job, just as it supposed to do, hopefully a long time..

My wife is on an eternal quest for an easily portable shaver that will remove what she calls "stubble" on her face. (I can't see it, but she says she can.) This Laxcare shaver is the latest attempt. On the plus side, it does shave reasonably well for a single-head model and is more compact than some others. On the downside, the LED light is useless - it is too close and at the wrong angle to see what one is doing.The shaving head can be twisted off for cleaning, but you can't disassemble the blade assembly and the blades are not replaceable. The head is not a "floating" type.So far, the shaver she likes the best is still the  Philips Norelco PQ208/40 Travel Electric Razor . It's not as compact as the Laxcare, but works better.

This product came very well packaged in professional packaging, works better than most I have used. Does exactly what it says on the tin!

I have another hair remover that is similar to this one but less than half the price.They are both the same size and take 1 AA battery.On this one you have to turn the battery compartment to operate it, if you turn it too far the battery cover opens and the battery falls out. On my other one there is an on/off switch similar to a flashlight.This one has a tiny led light, my other one does not. I don't see any purpose to the light so no points there.This one comes with a small cleaning brush, my other one did not. Possibly handy, but doesn't cover the price discrepancy.And finally the most important category, performance. This one falls short in that area as well. It does not shave as closely or as efficiently.

Best facial hair remover I've used.

This is a great facial hair remover for travel or on the go. It’s not any better than using a regular razor at home but I see the appeal for being able to take it in your purse or bag.You can’t press hard or it won’t work. You want to glide it over your skin, using the same amount of pressure you’d use with a razor. I have very sensitive skin and this doesn’t give me any sort of irritation or razor rash. Like any other electric shaver I have used, this won’t give you a perfectly smooth shave on one pass. I needed to do multiple passes to get all of the light hairs on my face.The light was more annoying than helpful. I have had lights on my epilators that helped me to see all the hairs. This light doesn’t really help me to see the hairs and I'd be better off just using this is very bright or natural light to be able to see everything.

Hair removal can be painful! This, however, is not. I have sensitive skin and hair remover creams irritate and annoy my skin greatly. I have tried tweezing, but I don't have the pain tolerance for that. I've tried the wand that you flex and rub against your skin and that hurts as much as tweezing. I was skeptical about this, but it really does work. It's similar to the "Seen on TV" one. It requires a battery which is not included. One thing I didn't like about it is that to turn it on, you have to twist the battery cap. Almost every time I turned it on or off, the whole cap ended up coming off. The "See on TV" one has a slide switch that turns it off or on. I've been primarily using it on face - specifically my chin, upper lip, and around a mole that I have near the side of my lip. You really can't feel it at all.

So its come to this, having to shave my top lip :( the joys of getting old..er. if you have to, then this does the job nicely, it looks quite stylish in pink, works with 1 AA battery and the led little lamp is very handy.Really love the way it deals with the peach fuzz around my jaw its a bit of a wow moment with the effect. But ladies, be ready for the prickly regrowth ! now in fairness my face regrowth has become less prickly and I don't really use it that often maybe every few months, because if I'm not going anywhere special I'm afraid to say I just leave it, but the amount of regrowth has become less and less.The above lip isn't so positive its still regrows prickly but the regrowth has become much lighter in colour ,{ but still when it happens the first time its not a nice feeling.} Best results for me in the lip area is when I hold my skin taught with my other hand.The only thing I'm not so keen on is the on/off switch, I would prefer a separate switch on the side, reason being its part of the battery area you turn the bottom to open to insert battery and turn again to switch it on. Well, I had a mishap with it, it had been in my bag for weeks when it suddenly decided to switch itself on, I was out at the time with friends and nobody could work out what the strange vibration noise was, till my husband shouted "its in your bag !!" Well I was mortified I couldn't find it in my bag and had to pull it out and hastily switch it off !! oh dear god thats not good, they know now what it is, gutted.... so only 4 stars for you my not so friend.

I was a bit scared to use it at first because who wants the sound of spinning blades that close to their face?! ...but actually it’s not bad and the results have boosted my confidence. Would definitely recommend.

Have used this product 5 times now and have found it does exactly what it says. I really like the fact that I don't have to start getting a razor out every time I get a few dark hairs. Would recommend

Very happy with this product, bought another for my daughter. So handy to use and no red marks left after use. Would definitely recommend this product. We love it!
