High quality product! I love how many different exercises you can do with this. Arms, shoulders, legs, glutes and more. The resistance bands are perfect tension and ready to use right out of the box. I’ve been using it 3x a week for 2 months and my glutes and core are stronger then ever before. I bought it for my wife and ended up using it more then her. I can do chest, arms, and shoulders while standing on it, it is strong. Very impressed with the detail. Great product!

This board has been super useful and handy during this lockdown! I tried other resistance bands but they would either slip or I wouldn’t feel my muscles working as much. It took some time but after I watched some videos and learned all of the things I can do with this board I got the value of it

I had a back surgery , the border made from wood and not Comfortable to sit on it or put my knees on board are very uncomfortable

Really enjoy using this product because it helps with my posture during my workout, and you’ll definitely feel the burn. I also love that it fits under my couch, it’s so easy to store with out taking any space. I love this for workouts at home! There’s so many glute/ham/quad exercise variations you can do. I was a little skeptical because of the price, but I think it’s worth it. Especially because I can always use it long term.
