Dishonest return department.
The product was poorly described but seamed like a good product other wise. My issue was with the refund processing. I received a return label and that went well and was delivered back the the sell no problem. After a month I didn't see the refund on my charge card statement so I contacted the seller. The Email I got back said their system processed the refund but does not provide PROOF OF REFUND. Why is that! I was screwed!
