Reason for 3 stars is the directions are terrible. No explanation to cam functions

Appears to work. You need to use a paperclip to get the memory card seated. Not much use yet, but so far, so good.

Unit seems to work fine, but the instructions are horrible. Basically we just had to figure out how to set it up on our own... which can be done. But we don't use some features because we could never figure them out.

I was under the impression that it contained a rechargeable battery, so I assumed it could operate on the battery alone! This needs to be run off the charger!

The pictures and views appear to be quite good. The English instructions are the worst of all time. There is no instruction on how to mount the suction cup to the windshield - easy to break it if the lever is pushed the wrong way. Seven (or more) buttons are on the outer frame of the camera - there is no written material or picture as to what to do with each. So far, unable to find a Website for help since there is no brand name or address or website given in the instructions. The only thing it says on the "manual" is Dash Cam, and Googling Dash Cam brings up every dash cam known to man. How can a company (anywhere) be talented enough to turn out what might be a decent product and ruin it with limited and incomprehensible instructions. By the way - I am ticked off - can you tell?

Let's just start and stop with the manual. It basically says turn it on and start recording. It does reference an "OK" button. There is no button that is labeled this way, and the manual does not give any instructions on any of the 7 buttons on the camera. So....you have to fiddle around with it and hope you get it right. And there is no online support....in fact, you can't find this camera anywhere but on the Amazon site. Sinotron is no where to be found.
