Foss Explosion Proof Bike Inner Tube

They are good quality and I really like the value stem compared to other prestas. However, the label on the product says these tubes are NOT to be used with carbon-fiber rims and I didn’t find that on the amazon description. Also, the box says puncture resistant, not explosion proof. I assume they would explode like any other tube if extremely over inflated.

Don't waste your money on this put it on and broke where it was folded in the package and this is supposed to be puncture resistant.

Installed these on too new bike tires and did not ride bicycle for four months and I checked the tires and they were very low in air, I put 70 pounds in them and the one tire blew when I was filling it so I replaced it with a regular inter-tube and took the other one out and they look like this, I don’t know why? There was two holes on both sides of the presta valve on both inter tubes, I had 70 pounds of air in them when the one blue just sitting there. I would like the manufacturer to get back to me and explain it but I can’t get a hold of them.

IF you like pumping Air into your tires, on a semi-monthly basis? (again & again)AND if you are particularly fond of FLAT TIRES then this is the Tube for You~~I was initially impressed with the concept of the FOSS Self-Sealing inner tubes, but, in the REAL world, they just don't Work!

I've had 5 FLAT TIRES in just a few months using these. I only had 2 in 4 years with my old ones. Two times the valve completely broke off (see photo). Do not buy.

This tube is not self sealing. Had a small puncture in the tube that was not visible. Had to inflate and listen to find tiny hole.

I was a little surprised by this tube. Most tubes have a tacky, rubber feel to them. This one is slick.It feels more like plastic than rubber.It fits in the tire fine, and I had no problems with the valve, but I'll see how this one lasts.So far so good.

Purchased one it had a "catastrophic" failure (major rupture with fast deflation). Had it replaced (for free) 2nd one did the same thing. Bought "SLIME" filled tube with no leaks six months later. I do not recommend this product at all.
