Affordable and effective
I noticed a few reviews talking about the product being torn open or unfinished but that's not necessarily the case. Upon inspection, these are simply the openings where the hoops were inserted. Considering the purpose of this piece is to go underneath flowing garments, it does its job perfectly for an affordable price. The band is a bit tight however. It has some stretch but not a lot and I can see this hurting after a while.

Broke in shipping.
The skirt broke in shipping. It was packaged in a way so that when it opened it ripped open. Thankfully the plastic part didn’t break so I’ll be able to sew it back in.
