The lemon lime is a bit strong, but that's my only gripe. Just a preference thing. Great for hydration, though!

I used to use this all the time, but things changed. I'm trying to get back into the condition I once was. This helps. Gives you food you need during extended efforts. One of the few mixes I have found that doesn't mess my stomach up during exercise. Thanks for a great product!

My review is based on the flavor. At first I tried half a scoop in my bottle, and can only describe the flavor as really bad lemon flavored medicine. The next time I tried a full scoop, and the flavor was more like those really cheap suckers. I doubled checked the expiration date and can only conclude that they either went really cheap on the flavoring or I got a bad batch. If they skimped on the flavoring, then what else did they go cheap on? Beware that there are other reviews mentioning the bad lemon flavor too.Since gatorade powder can no longer be found in any flavor other than blue ice, I went searching for a replacement powder to use during sports in warmer weather. It appears that Accelerade was a bad choice.

I am returning (and I was able to) this since the inner seal was defective..I hope they would pay more attention to quality when handling food.
