String partly cut after first 45feet off the roll.
from the moment I opened it I could see some loose fibers coming off the spool. I had to unwind 45 feet to find out that 1 of the fore strands had been cut. Idk if it happened during the manufacturing or during respooling. Otherwise it seams like a great product. I just hope there are no more breaks hidden in the roll.

Stronger than the sun and probably faster than a speeding bullet.
AWESOME stuff..use it to repair tarps and shade cloths in Baja Claifornia, where the sun eats EVERYTHING..except this kevlar thread.

Good kite line
Nice and strong. Be careful of your fingers when the kite is pulling hard as this stuff will cut you.

good quality, strong yet thin cordage...
....besides this being an excellent cordage for many applications [this is really quality 8x strands braided/coated Kevlar line and I like the subdued green color to boot] the seller himself has impeccable ethics and ensures your full satisfaction as his customer...the product - kevlar line - itself is as described and more...it's high end 200 denier - well braided - kevlar, coated in wax for ease of handling.... high quality stuff - and above most comparable offerings from elsewhere so there's nothing more i can think of adding here with regards to it...however, i must include some well deserved praise regarding the seller himself as well....I didn't have enough allocated characters to adequately describe my positive experience with this vendor in the "seller review" I've written on this order so i'll include some additional facts here...this indeed is very much pertinent to the review of the product itself...so......in short - probably the most positive experience regarding customer service I've ever had on-line and I've been buying on-line almost exclusively for many years now...and in more detail....the usps screwed up this order and I was not only waiting longer than I typically should for this shipment, I was unable to track it via usps site... all it showed was that an electronic receipt was created for it, for about 5 days straight... finally, I began to worry whether it was ever shipped [I very recently had such bad experience here with another - med supplies - vendor] so I sent this seller a 'where's my stuff' message and inquired whether it's even been shipped to me yet...I received a very cordial thanks for letting him know about the delay, along with profuse apologies... he also was unable to track where the package was [I've verified that usps really dropped the ball here - read on] so he took it upon himself to try to ensure that I'd receive his product asap, within 2 days or so, since I mentioned in my inquiry [on wednesday I believe] that I'd kind of need it by saturday...therefore he immediately shipped me a second spool, via priority 2nd day delivery and completely at his own cost [!]; for the spool as well as extra shipping fee...I was actually satisfied with his reply alone and if I'd have known by then that he was about to ship me another spool, I would've stopped him from doing so but he let me know this after it was done already...the original order meanwhile arrived within 2 days so I had it on time after all....I thanked him - via another message here - for his incredible thoughtfulness and asked him to send me the invoice for that second spool but he refused to.... this man is one of the very rare people who these days enter the selling business game.....now, usps not only screwed up this order [so the seller wasn't at fault at all and so had absolutely no cause to feel that he should send me another order at his profit loss], they also screwed up the second shipment as well and that boggles my mind but it's beyond any doubt that it was indeed usps' fault not the seller's....so, I now had my order, the one I originally ordered....since the second - gratuitous - kevlar spool was sent via 2nd day delivery, I should've received it by saturday [february 8th] the latest... nothing came that saturday, however... nor on the following monday... tuesday....... wednesday... therefore I wrote another inquiry, not really worried since this wasn't even on my tab and I already had my original order within the time I needed it by, just wondering what has happened to it... it seemed inconceivable to me that usps could possibly screw up 2 shipments in a row like that.....but.... they did indeed....that second spool farrived yesterday at last, the day after I inquired about it, and sure enough... on the usps label it's clearly printed out that it was sent via 'priority 2nd day' mail and with an estimated delivery date as february 7th... it arrived on february 12th instead [!!!]...I understand that there are snow emergencies all over the country right now, and especially so here in the northeast [i'm in nj], but the shipment originated in delaware so pretty much next door to me and at the very least, the tracking system should've worked and showed me the status/location of both orders... it didn't on neither package until it was delivered already...I've now requested once more - of this seller - to send me the invoice for this second spool of cord because I feel bad about him going out of his way so much to ensure my satisfaction, but at this point I don't know if he'll finally concede and charge me for it... regardless, he's truly a very honorable person and I'd give him 10 star rating in seller review if it was possible... i highly recommend dealing with this vendor as well as his product [-s]...lastly, the spools I've received actually contain far more cord than what is advertised because - as i understand it - the seller spools on his own this excellent product...according to him, instead of the standard 900' [300 yds] as stated on the spool label, both contain about 300' more in length... it's relatively thin and lightweight cordage, however, so it hardly adds any bulk/weight at all, yet I got 1/3 extra length on each one...in these times of everyone trimming everything wherever and whenever they can just to save and make a buck, such service and experience is truly welcome and very appreciated....you might also want to visit this seller's website as well for more product 'options'....in conclusion: both - the product itself and the seller are of high quality....};->
