Does this one come with two 30mm eyepieces? I don't see them pictured and they are not mentioned in the description.

Yes they do come with two unknown mm eyepieces. Use quality plossls of same mm. LOA recommended. 21/32mm

Short answer, yes. Just like an eyepiece, the binoviewer slides into the 1 1/4 inch tube and you tighten it in place. You then put two identical eyepieces into the back of the viewer. The biggest "improvement" is that it will give your brain what it wants-a stereo view. Our brains do not like seeing through one eye. This piece of equipment means you don't need to squint your eyes or do other things like that to see through the telescope. To some it is a huge difference and you see much more naturally. I love them! Biggest thing is to have two eyepieces of same make and power. You can just buy a pair at a time or you can buy, say, two kits like Celestron has with a range of eyepieces depending on your budget

I want this but it costs more than my telescope. is it worth it?

IF YOUR TELESCOPE IS WORTH THAT MUCH I DONT THINK IT WOULD DO THAT GOOD FOR YOU IN SEEING OBJECTS

Inter Pupillary Distance. It is the distance from the center of the pupil in one eye to the center of the pupil in the other eye. The Bino-Viewer is adjustable and the distance from the center of one eyepiece to the center of the other eyepiece should match your IPD. Simply put, lining up the eyepieces with your eyes, similar to conventional binoculars.
