Fairly easy install...requires multiple adjustments before final lockdown (no biggie)
2018 F250 Short Bed -- The unit went in pretty easy but requires multiple adjustments/walk around/look around before lockdown. This is not a problem...just plan on multiple nudges/ pulls/ lateral changes (not the fault of the unit...it just is what it is). The rubber seals up top will scare you upon install (regarding waterproof) but rest easy...it just needs a few hours in the sun to settle everything down...the final seal (one or two days later) is pretty solid. I had my first hard rain on it this past weekend and it held up bone dry...only water in the bed was the drops that fell in when I opened the tailgate to look. All of the panels lock in place with zero manual pushes...just fold them back into place and let them drop...they lock into the rail channels every time (again, after initial adjustments). The unit is very low profile...sits low and looks great. The hard cover is resistant to tampering, for bed security, but won't hold up to a pry bar or large screwdriver...it's meant to keep honest people honest. I really like it and recommend with two thumbs up!! Cheers, Oz

Nice cover
Installed on a 2018 F-250, Super Duty, SB - As pointed out in other reviews, installation was pretty striaght forward, and after a few adjustments, the fit, finish and function were as advertised. It can be folded in thirds and locked upright with prop rods for full bed access. The "look" of the textured finish on the aluminum panels is a little dated, and my preference would have been a matte finish. I am very pleased with the ease of installation, and performance of this cover. Overall, the Undercover Flex cover seems to be a quality product made in the U.S.A.. I bought the cover from Amazon, after reading horror stories of purchases from on line re-sellers, that failed to resolve after sale issues. My cover arrived well packaged, undamaged and with all the necessary parts.I originally had a very nice tri fold soft cover on this truck. That cover had separate latches on each side, in the rear, that needed to be unlatched to open the cover. Not a show stopper, but, very inconvienient when hooked up to my travel trailer. I either had to walk around the truck or climb over the trailer tongue to get to the "other" latch. This cover can be opened from either side, via a simple cable / latch mechanism.

Simple, nice looking. Straightforward install.
It doesn't take too much to figure out how to install it, it's pretty simple. Easy instructions. Just leave everything slightly loose so you can do some final little adjustments to make sure it's level and square. It looks very nice on my 2017 F250. I am hoping once the warm weather comes, the rubber will lay down a little better on the rails. As some comments have said, they don't lay down perfectly where the joints fold back. I assume that's because it is shipped as a folded unit and so has been folded up since it was made at the manufacturer. I'm not too worried about it.It functions very well and I am very impressed with the build quality. No leaks. I ran the drain tubes into the small round holes in the stake pockets, as they were nice and high. That is a much cleaner look than running them lower and drilling holes into the plastic plugs at the front, lower area of your truck box. I love it!

Worth the money. of the other brands because it is much lighter
I had one of those roll up covers for a few years and it broke. I like this better than some of the other brands because it is much lighter

Bought this with fitment uncertianity for an F250 Super Duty 2023. It fits perfectly.
This fits my 2023. Review all instructions especially any extra sheets pertaining to brackets and their "vehicle specific" positioning. There is usually a separate sheet.

The cover leaks. If you go to undercover's website and look through the reviews you can see this.
Coming from a lomax cover to this one, the cover seems just ok. There were some scratches from the factory where it looks like a screw rubbed against a panel in shipping and well as some other random scratches. The video shows kids breaking rocks on the cover to show it's strength, but I can't imagine this cover holding up to much, if any, abuseI can't imagine it will be water tight either, as I was able to see some daylight near where the front connects to the bulkhead. The panels themselves also seem kind of flimsy as well the rods that hold the cover upright. I don't think I will be testing that. Also, the rubber stripping on the edge of the cover looks pretty beat up right out of the box from being folded. At first I thought it was ripped.Overall I would say this product is pretty lackluster.UPDATE: the cover leaks. Especially around the drain lines. I would look elsewhere.

Great Tonneau. Incredible Customer Service.
Love the Armor (Line X) coating on this cover, which was the reason for purchase over many others. I’ve had a couple Bakflip covers in the past, and they scratched and dented just from looking at them wrong. My first cover had an issue with a seal being cut short, so I contacted Undercover via their website. Their response was quick, I sent in a couple pictures, and they had me taken care of virtually immediately. Can’t say enough good. Will update this review after longer term ownership.

It leaked pretty bad, but great customer support
(1-21-24) Purchased about ten months ago.Mine leaked at the panel seals and in the corners. The corners are expected, but not at the seams in the middle of the bed. I called support and they made it right, they sent me a new cover, hardware and all, from the new ownership "RealTruck" products. Time will tell how that does, but this is not a 1 star cover if you buy the line x covering. Don't go any other way. This is my second truck I've put this on and I love it. I hope this warranty replacement works out. If it does, I'll come back and bump up this rating.

Happy with .....
This is my ever truck bed cover, but I do like it. Service was excellent trough out . Product quality is good , looks great , fit and finish is great. One little minus point is some of the screws on the lach mechanism was loose stripped tread . So I took slightly bigger screws and its good now.I accidentally broke one if the buckle clip but the manufacturer ( supplier ) replaced it no charge.I would strongly recommend this product and service .

Seems well built should last
Had to remove the lid from my toolbox because the mounting rails reduce the width a couple of inches each side otherwise very good
