Totoab 15000mAH DC 5V/9V/12V USB High Capacity Rechargeable Li-ion Battery Pack Charger

I bought this battery pack hoping it would be perfect for powering some of my portable AM and Shortwave radios in remote outdoor areas where radio interference in minimal, in furtherance of my hobby of DX'ing distant radio stations. But this product is worthless for powering such radios because it generates a large amount of RF (Radio Frequency) interference.I'd assumed its manufacturer used a passive voltage divider network or a linear voltage regulator to quietly reduce the battery's 12V output to 9V and 5V. But NOOooo...they use a very noisy switching regulator instead which spews radio noise making is useless for powering AM and shortwave radios.Also, the product description doesn't say how much current it can supply at various voltages. One portable 9V radio I connected it to, which requires 500mA to operate, could not get enough current to work unless I turned its audio volume way down.The Seller's advertised "10000 mAH" figure as its only specification is not very useful. This battery pack's ability to deliver enough current at various voltages is severely limited, and without useful specs you have to learn the hard way (after using the product) that it doesn't deliver enough current.Lastly, after charging this battery pack in accordance with one-sheet user manual, it swelled up like a soup can infected with botulin bacteria. So I wouldn't trust this battery pack to not swell further and explode and cause a fire.So after my hopeful expectations for this product led to great disappointments, I will sadly be returning it for a refund. It seems noisy, unsafe, and literally doesn't deliver.

Was looking for an external battery pack for a project that required a constant 9VDC output and that I could install in a waterproof housing. Most others that I looked at or ordered had the output I needed, but had either an on/off switch that had to be operated every time, or required too large a housing to accommodate. This one with the mechanical switch, and the ability to leave the switch on for both charge and use made it perfect for my application. Great product at a really good price.
