I bought this 8K digital camera recently and, to be honest, it has been a good experience so far. The image looks sharp and the autofocus responds quite well. The fact that there is so much emphasis on its suitability for influencers and content creators should have tipped me off; I’ll leave it to you, reader, to interpret that how you will.The packaging is pretty, but its operation was glitchy from the get go. The troubleshooting tips in the accompanying booklet are limited. There is no number to call for help or information; Amazon seems to handle their product assistance. In addition, having the camera on for no more than 45 minutes and the taking of perhaps 20 photos used half of the battery life, and this was a battery that took hours to charge.Perhaps the camera I received was defective, but I felt my best option was to return it for a refund, although I was offered a replacement. I’m not excited at the prospect of spending considerably more money for a better quality camera, but there’s no point in keeping one I won’t be happy with.
