Wheelie-Bin Cover Ivy Variegated 06

I expected this to be a wrap to cover the front and sides, but it is 4 separate sheets that need cutting to fit.

This needed quite a bit of care and effort to put on but I think it was worth it to tone down the plainness of the basic bin. This ivy one is nice and unobtrusive which was what I needed as I have to keep out at the front of the house. After about 4 years it is fading a bit but then it does get quite a bit of direct sun in the mornings. I think I would pobably make the effort to replace it at some point with the same item.

My wife bought of these to camouflage our wheelie bins. Once done they look much better, but it is a difficult job.I would recommend doing the fitting with 2 people minimum, doing it on your own would be difficult because the sheets easily roll back up and stick to themselves.The instructions are limited - sufficient, but not very helpful.Wetting the surface is counter-intuitive, but is necessary to allow adjustment of the film as you apply it.Have yet to see how well it stays attached, but the bins are definitely less obvious now.

Not that easy to fit but once completed it makes the bin as attractive as a dust bin could look. We fitted ours about two years ago and it has remained firmly fixed without peeling or degrading. A quick wipe with a damp cloth brings it back to pristine condition in no time.

Buy this if you want to induce a Basil Fawlty type nervous breakdown, otherwise opt for a sedate life. Should be easy yes? Apply sticky back cover to wheely bin- done. Instead there's a four page instruction manual which is about as useful as a cat flap on a submarine. Because the material is rolled the wrong way, as soon as you start to unpeel the backing paper it sticks to itself. Buy this if you want to spend four hours getting sticky cover everywhere but the flippin wheely bin and wreaking vengeance on all within reach. If not go for the quiet life and spend the £18 on a good bottle of red. Your pets and loved ones will thank you for it.

Does the job. Bit difficult to peel the back from 1 of the stickers but other 3 fine. Happy with result.

This has improved the look of my bin but I would not say it was an easy task putting the panels on. I bought 2 sets. The first I didn't follow instructions so didn't put on in right order the second I did but overall it was not easy and not perfect but who's going to mark my efforts! A couple of the panels looked far lighter as though faded. The bins look better next to my hedge and that's what I wanted.

Followed instructions to the letter. edges still peal back. Looks OK but not worth the money
