Better than expected!!
So I work from home on the phone all day and since my office is towards the back of my house I am unable to get a view of the front of my house so if someone comes over I never know. So I was looking for a cheap camera to solve that issue and I am so happy with this one. Set it up at one of my windows and connected it to my tablet and now I just sit my tablet next to me and I can now see if anyone comes up to my house the whole time I am working. It was very easy to set up, just connect the camera and download the app, set up an account in the app, connect it to your Wifi and add your device. Took me about 5 minutes to set up.You can mute the camera and also turn on and off the night vision or leave it automatic. You can also turn off the motion tracker so instead of it moving around everytime it senses movement, it will stay in one place.This camera is so useful that I can monitor the inside and outside of my house by just turning it in the app since it does turn 360 degrees. So if I leave my house I can put it on my front window next to the front door and see if anyone is at my front door and if anyone comes in, I can control it and follow their movement all over my living and dining room. Updated review**
*** I am updating my review to reflect the excellent customer service I experienced. Upon contacting the seller directly and explaining the issue I had with the faulty camera they immediately sent me a new camera to replace the defected one. I am extremely satisfied with how quickly Handypart Alex was willing to try to make things right.***This is the second camera I’ve received. I have two. The first one works fine but I’ve had the 2nd one replaced twice and it continues to disconnect from WiFi and I have to constantly reset it. Now it is completely not responding. I’ve had it for less than two months and both this one and the original were worthless. Strangely the 3rd one hasn’t given me any issues. So I now have one functioning camera that’s great and one camera that’s basically a paper weight.

Don’t waste your money
Ok I do not usually write reviews but I read them on this one and thought it would work great. The price is great we were trying to use as a baby monitor. Negative: if there is a window the glare reflects bad on the camera creating blurry visability. The sound is delayed. The monitor sound is delayed that when the baby cries it almost sounds like we have twins in the house (We don’t) the app runs my battery down super quick and keeps popping up adds I have to pay fo. Not happy with this product I am probably going back to good old fashion hand held baby monitor. If I knew where the box was I would sans it back!

Bad quality. Don’t work they way is supposed to work
This camera is Awful bad, easy to install but it doesn’t work. It keep saying “ device disconnected” it only worked for 10 min for me. I did everything they instructions tells you to do. The camera reset button only worked once. Not to mention that the power cord is only 4f long , if you want to install the camera on the ceiling you need a extension cords or have a electrician add a outlet near the location.I am going to return it.Don’t waste your money on this product

It’s okay
I was told this is operated without a cord and it is not it needs to constantly be plugged in. There is a delay in the picture almost like it buffers constantly so it’s like few seconds past. Also you need a micro sd card and not a normal one. Over all you get what you pay for but if you want something cheap and quick this will do it if you want high end obviously not the right choice

No customer service phone number or address
I would be happier with this monitor if I could find a phone number to call for customer support. I have had this monitor just for 4 months and a few days and the auto tracking and camera rotation function has quit working. I’m very frustrated by this and disappointed in the lack of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless youbuy the additional warranty.

Worth the money
Great baby monitor for the price. Only thing is sometimes the app glitches and the recording lags by two seconds. Other than that it does the job. I can even look at the cam through my app while I’m not home. It’s pretty cool

I would not buy it again
I could never get it to connect. I’m not sure if it was because I don’t have the strongest internet connection. I gave it to my brother to see if his stronger internet connection could get it to connect at his house. I would not buy it again
