The main focus of my purchase was for sleep monitoring, as I have FMS sand stage 4 sleep is crucial in the management of it. Blood pressure readings with optical sensors is also a very convenient tool, so naturally this Watch caught my ibterest.It appears the manufacturer does not place protective film on the watch screens, or I received a used device as the packaging was in new condition however the screen itself appeared to have minor scrapes on it. Nonetheless, I wore it long enough to take three readings and compare them to a doctor's BP cuff and compared it to another device I ordered at the same time.This model was off by 10-25 points (which is significant) on both diastolic and systolic readings as opposed to the other devices that took the readings at the same time. The other devices were also calibrated, and the readings were consistently in tune with each other which tells me that this device in particular is off.As per the instructions, and with any blood pressure monitoring device, the cuff or bracelet must be level with your heart to ensure accurate results. The type of technology this band uses is reportedly appropriate for 95% of the population, however darker skins types (according to the literature) might throw off the readings. Being as pale as Powder (the movie reference might resonate with some) I don't think that is a factor in why it didn't work for me.Perhaps it was just this one particular piece that had been returned and the sensor itself is off, however for the price I have found that the less expensive model I ordered performs better.One pro is appearance. The watch itself does look quite nice. For its size and price it's a shame it isn't a touch screen like similarly priced competitors (Pebble has a model within $20 of this price range that has such a feature.)

I'm 70 yo - not real tech savvy - had quite a time getting it set up - exchanged quite a few emails with their company in China - they were always very helpful. I wouldn't be able to remember all the different steps I had to make to get it full function. The APP in the User Manual doesn't exist - was able to find the solution on the internet under H-One search. All set up problems aside - I love the watch and its features - quality made, keeps very accurate data on pulse and blood pressure, sleep, and steps. Gives combine readings for all features, suggestions - battery on watch last for about 3 days before requiring recharge. Can do readings from watch only or generate activity from the APP on my cell phone, can review history of readings. The only negative I have is the print in the User Manual to very very small - that's the one thing I would change - with my glasses on I still used a magnifying glass to read some of the small detail - even then it was a struggle to see the detail. Worth the money - yes - real time readings which line up with readings from my doctor visits - very pleased I was able to figure out the set up.

I bought the H-One Health Watch recently and use it 24/7 to see and to have a daily record of health readings including during workout sessions. I like the Watch"s design and appearance. It is fashionable and easy to use. I have checked the readings against other device and found them to bevery similar, it helps me believe in it"s accuracy. I would have liked it more for the time display to be continuous instead of having to use the push-button. ==Jozeph Aarts==

I bought this strap with my watch because black tends to go better with business suits but it is a black neoprene which looks far too athletic for the purpose that I wanted. I also gave it three stars because even in the tightest spot, the strap after wearing it for two weeks has become very loose and is starting to slip off my wrist.

They say the watch is waterproof. Well, it is not waterproof. It was for about 6 months, then after a shower there was vapor inside the watch. Everything is fuzzy. I do not know what to do as the warranty period expired January 31. I will call the company and see how they respond.

It does not accurately measure the blood pressure. Also I could not figure out how to set time and date, and the instructions booklet does not tell how to do it. Otherwise it works fine and has a nice design.

Its very hard to download the app that works with the product if you are using Android. First you have to download two UC browsers then use the OR code to photograph the OR Code in the book. The instructions to get were not properly written so it took me a while to figure this out. Eventually, I got the APP installed and working but the watch cannot measure Blood Pressure through the APP nor the Watch. It is also understating my steps and does not give me any time associated with the steps. I cannot keep this product as it does not work according to the claim

I was not able to use this watch as the app and instructions have to be translated from Chinese. Good luck with that! Could not get it to work with my equipment. Amazon was great about the return and it was no hassle.
