Perfect size for my smaller hands. A bit of ice, pour in full can of Pepsi, add a stainless straw and I'm set for the day! Stays cold 18+ hours. Of course the Pepsi goes a bit flat by the end of the day, but hey, there's still ice the next morning!! It says it's not dishwasher safe, but I put mine in there almost daily since purchasing several months ago - however, I do not use dry cycle. I think the high heat is what ruins the cups.
