Even slicing. No more cutting hands
I always slice chicken breasts. They are so thick. Can't use large slicing it gives you one very thin slice. Small side works great, for more even slicing press a little harder. I cut mine in half for even portions. I love it I don't cut myself any more.

Saves your fingers and thumbs for more important things
This saves the fingers and thumbs to help get thin chicken breast that cook up fast and stay moist using a little corn starch. The knife that I used was very sharp and I actually cut into the edge of the top plastic cover. I just took a plastic food mat (From Ikea as I recall) and just cut out another one and added a couple of holes to keep it in place, just like the original. I suppose its still possible to cut yourself, so take your time and use a smooth slicing action, as is shown in the youtube video.
