Introduce: There is only one pocket inside, it makes use of multiple elastic loops. You can put band aids and such in bags and store it the loops which is nice because it is all freely seen. The loops will also hold things like tubes of antibiotic ointment or hydrocortisone cream or bug itch cream.The zipper opens all the way to the base, elastic holds it together still so it is all accessible but still held together (the zipper drops below the elastic).If you wanted to use it for something other than first aid, the red cross is actually velcro and comes right off.The loops hold wrapped cords nicely. Very Good Value!
Have been reviewing/considering IFAK pouches by several different name brand mfr's over the last couple of months, and stumbled upon this product at a fraction of the cost of the "tacti-cool" name brands. If you are a professional who absolutely requires top notch gear, I cannot yet vouch for this product's durability, but for the rest of us, who may simply be seeking to have multiple IFAKs (one for each car, home, office, EDC, etc.), this appears to be a solid value!

Very rugged
I have several, very rugged. My others would not open completely, this lays flat to access all items. Good material, plenty elastic loops inside, good zippers. These replaced all the others I own, and yes, the silly red cross is removable Velcro.

This is a great pouch. It fits well on my belt. Everything I need will fit in it nicely. No more digging through my pockets trying to find what I am looking for. I go to military shows and need to carry money, phone, black light, bore light, small tape measurer, pen, business cards, etc. Handy pouch.

Get it!!!! Like I said this is ideal for tactical medics!!! who are not on the truck all the time or they moonlight on the truck, and then work some in the field doing tactical medicine or medics who are also LEOs as well. Very sturdy and organized has so much room too! And fits on just about any duty belt.

Great size for an IFAK
Perfect size for a full featured IFAK, my only gripe is the internal elastic bands are a little on the small size for the items I was putting into my kit. You may have different results, but I wasn't able to squeeze much into the elastic. Overall it is a great bag for the money.

Very satisfied, five Stars
I was very happy with this first aid pouch. I ordered it for a camping trip and it came in just in time. The internal pouches and straps work well for holding different sizes of gauze rolls, tapes, etc. Put some small bandages and antibiotic ointment in it, and you can partially unzip the pouch to slide it out the top to treat a minor cut, without opening the whole thing up and bleeding all over the inside. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

nice addition to my edc bag
I keep first aid stuff in this bag. the design goes well with the molle webbing on my bag. however when its over filled it weighs the outer panel down
