Glass and Aluminum Display case with Swivel

The instructions were non existing in our box. I had to pulled the "instructions" off the internet which were not very helpful except to make sure you had all your parts. The pictures were not even that helpful. Basically it takes some trial and error and common sense. But once you figure it out, it is a nice display. If the company would improve on the instructions I think there would be no complaints on the reviews. I had read several reviews regarding the instructions, so I was somewhat prepared.

I purchased 2, display cases for the price of one of the competitors display cases. Heavy glass case. Customer service respond to any and all questions. The only problem I had was that the Instruction sheet did not match the markings on the outer glass walls. But customer service educated me as to which panels goes where. I Just hope Manufacturing correct the instructional sheet that comes with display case to cut down on confusion.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and while the small picture looks OK, it really looks awful assembled in person. The glass panes do not line up properly- not even close and they were placed according to the (exceptionally poor) instructions.The instructions were tiny little pictures with barely anything labelled. There were parts of parts with no explanation where they were to be used, or how.Also, we have had two of the metal tabs that are supposed to support the glass break already. Seems like the metal is very soft and not particularly strong. Now with the broken tabs, the pane no longer stays in the frame making it pretty much useless.On the other hand, I spoke on the phone a couple of times with the folks at WillyGoat and the ladies were all quite nice and even gave a call when it shipped. Unfortunately, this is a crummy product.

This display is more than what I expect. I didn't realize it was so heavy and a pain to take down stairs. When I get more room I would be buying another one.

I have 2 of these in my second hand shop. I use them for displaying miniatures. I have them on the end of counters and they work very well. They are very easy to assemble. They fit together perfectly with no difficulty at all. It is not hard to line up even square pieces. Using a carpenters square assures they are dead on. I do not have any more room or I would have more of them.I sell things every week form these displays. They have more than paid for themselves and they will last years to come.IF you have broken parts it is because you did not hold the sides up when assembling. The glass will fall out breaking any small cast part holding them in place. The are not designed for lateral pressure. They are designed for compression and they work 100% perfectly as designed. If you can't put it together yourself use tape to hold the upper corners together so they don't fall in or out. There are reasons some people should not own tools. I have met a few. Some reviews speak for themselves!Great product for the price. So many displays cost more.
