I purchased this for a gift. The cover looks well made but did come covered in paper that had oily stains from the leather treatment. You may want to let it sit open a little bit before use or your book may also absorb the oiliness. Overall seems a good product that will be very durable.

I was looking for a book cover. It fits perfectly for books 5.25*8.5 inches with bindings not wider than 0.8 inch. It is well made of high quality genuine leather. Once I got it I immediately ordered the second one for my daughter as a Christmas present. I recommend this product, you would not regret.

I needed a cover for the 5x8 sororal notebooks I use at work. I saw this and was very hopeful by the description, and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s nicely stitched and over all looks very nice.I very happy with it.

I planned on using this for my normal sized books but can’t even do that. Very nice quality and made of nice leather but ensure that it will fit what you plan on using it for. It was advertised as very big and I did not get what I thought I was getting.
