Good for the price
I am very happy with the product the only thing I donโt like about it is the shaft is kind of long so itโs a little harder to control. I like the tips they work better then the other pen I have and actually fit the other pin. However there are two tips that donโt screw in properly I think the threads must be wrong on those two I was still able to use them but they stuck out farther then the rest.

Didn't hold up
Got it as a gift for someone that loves wood burning. They loved that it came with a bunch of different tips and accessories but the wood burner itself didnt hold up and the plastic handle cracked after just a few uses. They bought a different wood burner but still use the tips from this kit.

easy to use. long cord. if you can draw with a pen or pencil you will do just as well or better with this.

You get what you pay for.
Ok product. Not very easy to use bevause the handle is so long and get really hot quick. The tips loosen up and when trying to tighten them I stripped 2 out with barely any pressure... that was rather frustrating.

REALLY cheap.
I was looking to get an inexpensive wood burner my wife and I could use on some simple projects. You know, for $23.99 I really wasn't expecting a Razertip Dual Burner, but I was expecting it to at least work. Cheap...REALLY cheap. Cheap can be OK; I've still got the $13.00 soldering kit I got at Radio Shack 36 YEARS AGO...and it still works perfectly because it was made well. But this is crappy cheap, and I was sorely disappointed in a mere 20 minutes. The metal shroud over the heating element, into which the tips screw, was threaded extremely poorly. Even with the threaded collar at the base securely tightened, you could still turn the shroud. When I tried installing the first tip I I had to hold the shroud with pliers to keep it from turning when I tried to install the tip. I also had to turn the tip with a second set of pliers because the threads were so crappy. (Yes, I know how to properly screw things in without stripping them; I am an engineer, know all about threads, and even how to proficiently cut them in metal and wood.) I managed to get one large tip carefully screwed on after 5 minutes of careful tightening, turned it on and waited for it to heat up...and waited...and waited. After 5 minutes on max , it did get hot, but not hot enough to do more than slightly discolor the wood. Cooled it off and spent another 5 min trying to unscrew the tip. Tried installing another and it just stripped...that copper is REALLY soft, and the threads were so tight. Tried a third one and the the threaded shaft snapped off after just two turns. Well, that ended that test...hello Amazon returns. Don't waste your money on this one. Spend a bit more and get something of at least decent quality.

Works great!
Definitely worth the investment and for simple word burning signs, it does the trick. Need to wear a glove but to be expected. Tips are durable enough and there's no need to push. The heat does all the work for you to give clean, straight lines.

perfect
It is my first time with wood burning so i didn't want to spend a lot of money. this tool turned out to be perfect! I mostly used one tip for the whole thing anyway. Very happy shopper, and woodburner in training.

Bad
I had been borrowing my mom's for a long time so I finally got my own. I wish I would have just kept using my mom's. The tip doesn't stay in securely so I constantly have to tighten it with pliars. The handle to hold is too far from the tip so it's like holding a pencil from the middle to right a letter. I wish you could hold a little closer to the end to better steady your lines. A few of the tips wouldn't fit in the hole so I couldn't even use them. I won't buy this brand again. I haven't even used it in months because it's too much of a hassle.
