I had a coupler to a CAT5e patch cable connected to a 60 foot run of CAT6 and the monitors flickered on and off periodically. I tried 2 monitors with the same results. After removing the CAT 5e cable and using only the CAT6, it appeared to work perfectly, for a while. I'm not saying it wont work with CAT5e, but I am saying that between my CAT5e patch cable and coupler, it flickered. I thought the problem was resolved once I removed the coupler, but after a short time it started again. CAT 6 all the way on a 60 foot run and it still flickers. I have not tried CAT7, but may do so. When it's on, the picture quality is great.This product is made and distributed in China and I could not find a support avenue within the US. Keep that in mind.HDMI in and out worked perfectly. I use it for surveillance camera system. I have not used it with audio.

This product did not work for the cat 6 to remote locations. Both remote TVs are 66 feet from the main controller. I test the remote by using a 3foot cable to the nearest TV ( which i has the HDMI directly hooked up to) and he remote device still didn’t work. Waste of time!

VERY BAD PRODUCT , I JUST RECEIVED IT, AND NO. ONE OF THE RECEIVERS DID WORK , NOT RECOMMEND IT, DIDNT WORK AT ALL

Works with 2 local DTV's via HDMI ports, plus 2 additional remote DTV's via the included extenders.Needed to "enable" HDMI on my source (satellite receiver) to get it all working. (Not a fault of the product).Great video at 1080p over a 50ft. ethernet cable.

Great Product have purchased two so far does exactly what I need. Distributing security camera feed to multiple tv’s at once. Using Ethernet through the walls and hdmi through drop ceiling. Only hiccup I’ve found is the type Ethernet cables, won’t work with Ethernet flat cables otherwise this product is great
