Is this appropriate for x ring too? Or something different?

Yes, the principals governing lubrication of O-ring and X-ring chains are fundamentally the same.

Is it ok For chainsaw chain?

I guess if you only need to pre-lubricate the sawchain to repell rust and loosen tight links, but what you really want is Sawchain Oil that is to be poured into the barchain oil reservoir . https://www.amazon.com/Toro-38914-Chainsaw-Chain-Quart/dp/B0733TT6DQ/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2K23132EI95N3&keywords=saw+chain+oil&qid=1684432767&sprefix=saw+chain+oil%2Caps%2C456&sr=8-3

What is the difference between the blue label here and the PJ1 black label chain lube? Is one better for certain conditions?

The Blue lable is used in O-ring chains. Black lable is for non O-ring chains.

Does that work fine on honda crf250l ? manual says pro honda chain lube.

The Honda manual will naturally recommend Honda chain lube, coolant, oil, etc. PJ1 Blue Label chain lube is good for every type of chain, and might be better quality than the Honda brand.
