The millet is clearly expired.1) Webbing (spider web looking) infests the entire product. That and the foggy look makes it clear this wasn’t properly packaged and rotted either before or during shipment. Most probably before shipment due to how rotten it is.2) No refund option despite this great mistake.3) Good millet should be dry, have an earthy smell, and look golden or pale yellow.
