Review: Thank you for helping me regain my pelvic floor strength - I suddenly had three UTI’s and had never had one before. I am 58 and enjoy running, yoga, weight training, rebounding, walking daily and thought I had all the bases covered. The weights come in a handy, cute little box. They are easy to insert. Comfortable enough. The “string” is at times uncomfortable, but I can move it around to where it is not too bad.
