Great product and outstanding customer service!
I bought this IKTCH 30-inch range hood and have been very happy with its performance. After about a year, the remote control stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer, and their customer service was incredibly fast and efficient. They shipped me a replacement controller quickly, and everything is working perfectly again. It's rare to see such responsive support. Highly recommended!

Great buy!
Easy install and has great power. I find this to be better than a good bang for the buck. Well worth the money and I’m happy. If money were no object I would spend a lot more for an exhaust that was quieter when on high. Still, for less than half that price I’m good. My husband went to a metal fabricator shop with a template and had a stainless surround made for the insert to sit on. Looks good and easy to clean.

Buttons are hard.
You can’t really see it in my photo, but it’s very sleek and discreet. Work good. My issue lies within the off and on. We always leave our light on at night and to turn it on or off you basically have to hit it quick and hard. The remote isn’t always where it should be with 3 kids. You can wave your hand to turn the fan on but it’s never worked for me. Other than that it’s great.

Nice clean look. Such an improvement from our former OTR microwave unit.
Had to have my brother install this unit for us. It was a finicky install because our former OTR microwave was in the corner & that was an awkward spot to retro fit. It is loud but it has excellent air movement.
