Before I give my review for this product, it may be helpful for some to offer a little background:Before stumbling up GlucoreinHOP, I have always had irregular cycles and have always experienced either having prolonged or heavy menstruation or had absent menstruation often lasting for months at a time. It was discovered that I suffer from PCOS-like symptoms mainly due to anovulation (I don't ovulate normally as other women). I have had several tests and doctors would often prescribe birth control pills to help regulate my cycles. Birth control has always been helpful when regulating my cycles, but since my husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past couple of years, we've decided to try an alternative method to help regulate my cycles. I came across this product through the PCOS Diva website and the information provided seemed appealing for my areas of concern. However, I was a little hesitant and skeptical to try this product since reviews for this product was scarce.I've been taking GlucoreinHOP for about 2-3 weeks now, after finishing my last cycle of birth control. I take this product three times daily as directed and haven't noticed any major side effects other than the normal PMS symptoms you may experience during a regular cycle. I have noticed an overall increase in energy as well as a slight decrease in appetite. I have also noticed a significant improvement in the quality cervical mucus during ovulation. So far this product seems to be promising, although it may take several months for some to see any real difference. I have noticed a difference in this short span of time, but every person is different. I will continue taking this product as directed and provide an update after a few months to give a better assessment of this product. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product for anyone experiencing any symptoms similar to mines, or other women-fertility related issues.***UPDATE (10/08/2014): It has been a full two months since I started using this product and I'll have to say I am quite impressed with the results thus far. My cycles appear to be regulated, hormones are balanced and I even lost 15lbs! This product is definitely the answer I've been looking for all these years.***UPDATE (11/24/2014): I have been taking GlucoreinHOP for a little over 3 months and have had nothing but a positive experience from this product. I am happy to announce that my husband and I are expecting our first child together in July of 2015! This has come as a surprise since we have been trying for a few years, but I truly believe that this product has been a great benefit in helping my cycle regularity ultimately leading to conception. We are extremely thankful to have been blessed with this little miracle!

I wanted to take this for a few months before writing a review. I've been taking it for four months, and so far, things have been going pretty well. As a background, my PCOS symptoms aren't super severe, but they're there. I was on the pill for a while, but I felt like the pill was just masking the issue and treating the symptoms, but not treating the root of the hormone imbalance. I decided to get off the pill and try to live a healthy lifestyle by eating more balanced-ly and exercising. It worked for a while. My period was irregular but within a reasonable range of days. I've always had issues with acne that would lighten sometimes but would never go away. Last year, I went off the exercise and diet wagon and gained 10-15 pounds. My acne issues remained, time between periods increased, and I started noticing balding spots along my hairline. That's when I really woke up to my unhealthy lifestyle and started to make changes. I researched if hair loss and PCOS are related, and yes, indeed, they are. I also found Glucorein HOP during the research and ordered after reading the reviews I could find. I've definitely noticed a decrease in acne and sugar/carb cravings--which along with working out again has helped me drop a few pounds. I can't say for seeing hair regrowth in the balding spots. For that, I've started taking Saw Palmetto as well.Update: I tried to save some money by buying the ingredient separately... and my hormonal acne came back with a rage. Glucorein's blend certainly does work to at least control my acne. I've regained some weight but I think that's related to work and more snacks available... hehe.

I have taken this for about 5 months... I have PCOS and the first month I took it I got my period, which I haven't had in like 5 months prior. This continued for 3 months and then I never repurchased. I didn't get my period after almost 2 months, bought it again, and got my period again. Officially made me feel like this product is doing something! I don't have a lot of other PCOS symptoms, so I can't say how they will help with those, but it has got to be doing something. I will continue to take this and hope that it continues to be successful.

I was sent an expired product with stickers strategically placed at the bottom of the bottle to cover it. I bought two bottles on May 20,2020, both of which I received today with an expiration date of 03/2020. I want a full refund. This is inhumane!

I have only been using this product for about a month, but so far- I love it. I generally feel better. I am sleeping better and have more energy. I am not sure if I have lost weight yet however I do know that my cravings for sweets has disappeared and I can tell a decrease in my appetite.I am hoping that when I have my labs redrawn, my levels have improved and I expect that they will!! I recommend this.

This product has honestly saved my life. I have PCOS as well as inflammation in my joints and I hadn’t had a period for a year before taking this product . After the first two months of using this product I received not only my period as well as my pain being significantly reduced and it has continued !

I first became interested in Glucorein after hearing about it on a podcast while doing some research. I was willing to give this a try to help with the hair loss that often comes with PCOS. I have found that after being on it for a few months, my hair loss has slowed down. Before Glucorein HOP, I would factually lose around 15-28 strands of hair during my shower. This number has decreased to around 5-10 strands of hair per shower. My husband has commented that he thinks my hair looks fuller as well!

I'm in love with the product. This product is good for regulating your hormones. But also decreases my appetite and gives me hot flashes. Then again I'm so happy 😁. I would recommend this product to my coworkers because I believe that they will love it as much as I do. Salustina.
