Inspired by memories of being a kid and taking a hacksaw to the axel of an old pram and building my own 'bogey', I saw this and thought would be brilliant to build with my 5 and 7 year old. Box arrived and we set to work. The instructions are top class and really clear. Some 4 hours later our pride and joy was born and ready to take to the nearby hill. Dad on the back and son on the front, my daughter set us off with an over zealous shove. Someone hit the time machine switch as I was back to 10 years old and whooping and hollering as we whizzed down the street, much to the amusement of some builders. The bottom of the hill approached and we 'hit the anchors' coming to a halt on a grass verge. Pause for breath and the words 'again, again Dad'. I needed no convincing.

My twin 9 year old grandsons helped with the assembly.This was a straight forward job with clear instructions.The Go Kart is sturdy and has pneumatic tyres.My grandsons have had a great time riding on it and also enjoyed helping with the construction.I highly recommend this product.

I purchased this product this cart for a downhill derby. No one in the US has a product like this. The customer services was excellent! The product was great and SO easy to put together.

A great piece of kit, so simple to put together. My 12 year old daughter and I thought it was like 'big Lego'.Will provide the whole family hours of fun and not a computer or smartphone in sight for a while. Bliss!Practically no waste either as the packaging is the go-kart. A very clever idea.

Brilliant kit, just over four hours of happy measuring and building. Really sturdy axles and off-road wheels, perfect for most terrains, from grassy hills to flint and chalk tracks. My eleven year old son said "give it five stars!" Highly recommended, we bought two kits and are about to start the second with the younger son. Great fun building together. The instructions are sufficient to enable a kart to be built, but it doesn't go into too much detail, so you end up with a kart that is yours. Goes very well - accommodates both me and my son at the same time! We're looking to pimp the ride with mud guards and seat ( I got covered in mud down our muddy lane when sitting on the kart!)

Completely brilliant. The parts are extremely robust and all the timber is great quality. Even though the kart is really solid, the chunky wheels make it easy to pull and it rolls and steers nicely. I'd say construction is definitely a joint child and adult project for anyone under 13/14 y-o because the quality of the timber makes it hard work, but that's part of the fun. Can't recommend it highly enough - will give years of fun as it is, but lots of opportunity to personalize it too.
