Buy a couple of sizes bigger that normal
Slightly small but still comfortable.

Far too small.
I am a 42 waist and bought the XXL (44-46 waist) and they are still far far too small. I feel like my bits are being crushed and bending in the wrong way rip them. I am very unhappy with these.
