Q: People, I need a real review of these binders - for business purposes - for filing papers - to do my work well. Are these binders strong, sturdy?

This is a sturdy binder (except for inside "pockets") and will hold tons of papers. I think it could be useful for flyers or artwork inside even stiff plastic sheet protectors and heavy pocket folders. If it's to be used for presentations--to clients, for example--I think because of the slant-ring style, papers would lie flat only on the right-hand side, whereas everything would stack up in a curve on the left-hand side. NB: the ring assembly is not attached to the spine--it's on the inside of the back cover, so when completely open, the binder takes up a lot of room (27")! (Also see my review of 2/23/15.) Q: Does it come full of women or are they sold separately?

It comes fully collaged on the front back and binding, it has women and U.S history related pictures as well

Q: Will this binder completely cover the pages if sheet protectors or dividers are used?

Yes but the page protector will extend to the limit of the binder. I used posted labels on the edge of the page protector and they fit without sticking out. Dividers are too short on the side.
