First off, i had an issue with my first watch. I got in contact with the company and they responded right away and made things right really fast! So first they are the best I have ever delt with on Amazon when it comes to making things right! Customer service is out of this world amazing. The screwdriver is useless
The watch itself is ok but my husband tried to remove a few links from it an the screwdriver that's provided with the watch keeps bending up. Its useless.
