My hair was stuck at one length and then I decided to try this. This was a first supplement I ever tried and it showed immediate results. Hair grew in length. It didn't produce much new hair but length increased for sure.

Instead of helping with my hair, it caused extreme hairfall!! Such an expensive product, I was hoping it will help me with my hair to stay healthy but it was right opposite!! What a waste of money & end result is hairfall!!!!

Good product . U can see immediate effect within couple of days. My nails showed remarkable improvement within first week of using it.

I know Biotin has worked for me in the past with hair loss. I was taking 12,000mcg and the hair fall stopped within a couple of weeks. I recently heard that vitamins are easier to absorb if they're in liquid form so I tried this as there are not many liquid Biotin supplements on the market (not that I could find anyway). I found it sickly sweet (and I have a sweet tooth) but I wouldn't buy this again as it dosen't last long at all and that's on it's suggested dose. I would need to take twice as much to get the benefit that I had before. I honestly can't think of one good reason to buy this. My last supplement gave me the required dose at a much cheaper price and I got a years supply - and it worked.
