Nice Taste, Solid Energy Boost
Overall, these crystal light packets are pretty good. I like how they have 60 mg of caffeine in each packet. It’s nice to add in with some ice water. They taste a little artificial but are still refreshing enough to be enjoyable, would recommend them for sure.

This flavor is really good, especially when you’re in the mood for lemonade. I drink caffeinated flavored water throughout the day at work, but I’m not always craving lemonade flavors. I had originally purchased a variety pack that did not include this one, so I decided to add it separately, and I’m really glad I did.The raspberry lemonade flavor is refreshing without being overly sweet, and it mixes easily in water. I believe each packet has around 60 mg of caffeine, which works really well for me. I usually make one bottle and sip on it slowly throughout the day.I don’t feel a big caffeine rush or jitters from it, but I definitely notice that I’m not dragging and yawning halfway through the day like I used to. It gives a nice gentle energy boost while also helping me drink more water.Definitely one of my favorite Crystal Light energy flavors so far!
