Review: Love the height! - I got this frame for my son after he broke his wood log bed. The first order came and was not the complete frame and missing over half the parts and no tools or bolts. I contacted desertcart and got a replacement sent right away and returned the other box at no charge. Great customer service! I love that I can store all my totes and clothing under this, the only problem is that it’s very squeaky at night when he moves around in his sleep. Came with all pieces and even some extra hardware, nicely packaged. (Sad that this is not always the case with products.) No dings or scratches on the metal, and it went together fairly easily. It seems sturdy, although I’ve only been using it a few nights so I can’t report on the durability. It doesn’t squeak or make noise. For the price point, I’d call it excellent. Edit: After 3 months of use, it definitely squeaks when I roll over in bed, or when getting in & out of bed. Still probably worth 5 stars due to the price. Hopefully some WD-40 will help.
